Gerçi babam da klasik yöntemle yoğurt mayalarken, sütünü kaynatmıyor, sadece gerekli ısıya getiriyor. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMayaladığım kabı sarıp sarmalamayı, onu bir köşede dinlendirmeyi çok seviyorum ben gerçi :) Fakat bir kez bu önerdiğiniz yöntemi de deneyeceğim.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EBu arada, yakın zamanda geleneksel yoğurt mayası elde etme yöntemini okumuştum. Hani baharda, doğada yapraklar üzerinden, erken saatte toplanan çiy damlalarıyla elde edilen maya... Tabii buna ulaşmak benim için çok güç... Ancak İzmir\u0026#39;in Foça ilçesinde yerel bir üreticinin yoğurdunun bu şekilde üretildiğini öğrendim.
